Summer is here and that means it is time for sunshine and fun with Shine Orthodontics!
This year, Shine Orthodontics is proud to promote two fun summer events that are perfect for the whole family.
Two premiere Shine Orthodontics events of the summer: the Healthy Kids Triathlon at the Countryside YMCA on August 19th, and the Patient Appreciation Party/Free Braces Giveaway at Cedar Bay Farm on September 17th.

2023 Healthy Kids Triathlon at the Countryside YMCA in Lebanon
Shine Orthodontics doesn’t stop with dental care, we want your whole body to be healthy!
Save the date for this year’s Healthy Kids Triathlon at the Countryside YMCA in Lebanon, sponsored by Shine Orthodontics!
2023 Healthy Kids Triathlon at the Countryside YMCA Details
August 19, 2023, because something incredible is happening at Countryside YMCA in Lebanon, Ohio. Get ready for an unforgettable triathlon experience that will test your endurance and push your limits.
We are honored and excited to once again be partnering with our local community and YMCA to help kids stay active and healthy. Whether your child is new to competing in a triathlon or they are experienced with SWIMMING, BIKING, and RUNNING, this event is perfect for all kids ages 6-14. Shine Orthodontics is auctioning a Full Comprehensive Orthodontic Treatment with all proceeds benefiting the Caring for Families Campaign. Opening bid is $3,000 (Retail Value of $6,000). You can place a bid by leaving a message on the Shine Orthodontics Facebook Page or emailing questions regarding the auction and bids to: jen@justshine.com. All final bids need to be in by 8 pm on Thursday 8/19, with the highest bidder winning at 8:01 pm.
Before the race begins, all participants must check-in on August 18th from 5:30-7:00 pm at the Lower-level Entrance "D-3." This check-in is crucial, and participants must sign a waiver during the registration process. To make things even more convenient, a printable registration/waiver is available for your ease.
The triathlon will take place at Countryside YMCA in Lebanon, conveniently found at 1699 Deerfield Rd. For any inquiries or more information, feel free to contact 513.923.1424. The race kicks off at the scenic Outdoor Pool Pavilion, setting the stage for a thrilling start to the competition.
Here's what you can expect during the triathlon:
- Swim: Take a dive into the refreshing waters of the Countryside YMCA Outdoor Pool, where you'll showcase your swimming skills and make your way through the designated course.
- Bike: Pedal your way through the picturesque Countryside/Lebanon Bike Trail, exploring the beautiful surroundings and enjoying the thrill of cycling.
- Run: Conclude the triathlon by showcasing your running prowess on the vast outdoor fields of Countryside YMCA and the Hewitt P. Mulford Nature Trail. Let your feet carry you to the finish line as you soak in the natural beauty of the area.

2023 Shine Celebration Details
What: The 2023 Shine Celebration
Who: The Shine Orthodontics Staff, You, and Your Family
Where: Cedar Bay Farm (2206 Drake Rd, Lebanon, OH 45036)
When: Sunday, September 17, 2023, 3-6 PM
Why: To celebrate you and the local dental community, give away free braces, and make up for the last two and a half years without celebration.

Our Shine Celebration will be hosted on the beautiful Cedar Bay Farm on September 17th from 3-6 PM.
Located in Lebanon, Ohio, Cedar Bay Farm is one of the most incomparably beautiful venues in all of South-West Ohio. Shine Orthodontics chose Cedar Bay because of its focus on community and friendship, and because of the farm's staggering beauty!
This year we will be celebrating the Shine Orthodontics community, our patients, the local dental community and the beautiful smiles we have created together.
About Cedar Bay Farm
Cedar Bay Farm is a family-owned celebration space and private venue. It is often used as a wedding venue, but it is perfect for any family-friendly party of epic proportions. Not to mention the view is jaw-dropping!
Events You Can Look Forward To
If you thought the 2022 Shine Celebration was great, just wait for 2023!
This year’s entertainment will include a food truck (from a local restaurant TBA), the Free Braces Giveaway, a gift for everyone, entertainment, and games for children (including a bouncy house and other games).
The braces contest drawing will include a Full Comprehensive Treatment (valued at over $6,000), 50% Off Full Orthodontic Treatment and free retainers!
You will be eligible for the Free Braces Giveaway if you were spotted with a Shine Ortho Car Magnet on your car in the past year.
