2024 Healthy Kids Triathlon at the Countryside YMCA

Summer is finally here, and at Shine Orthodontics, we are ready for summer fun!  

Mark your calendars for August 17, 2024, because the Healthy Kids Triathlon at Countryside YMCA in Lebanon is back, and Shine Orthodontics is honored to sponsor this fantastic family-filled event once again. 

We're passionate about more than just dental health—we're dedicated to promoting overall wellness for your whole body.

2024 Healthy Kids Triathlon Details 

Get ready for a fun day at Countryside YMCA in Lebanon, Ohio, on August 17, 2024!  Shine Orthodontics is thrilled to partner with the YMCA and our local community to help kids stay active and healthy. 

This event is perfect for children ages 6-14, whether they're new to triathlons or have some experience with swimming, biking, and running. 

We're also excited to announce an auction for a Full Comprehensive Orthodontic Treatment, with all proceeds benefiting the Caring for Families Campaign. The auction starts at $3,000 (Retail Value of $6,000). To place your bid, leave a message on our Shine Orthodontics Facebook Page or email jen@justshine.com. Final bids are due the day before the event on August 16th. 

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we suggest that all participants check in on August 16th from 5:30-7:00 pm at the Lower-level Entrance "D-3" of Countryside YMCA. This check-in is essential as participants need to sign a waiver during registration. For your convenience, a printable registration/waiver form is available. There will be no same-day registration, please register before the day of the event.  

The triathlon will be held at Countryside YMCA, located at 1699 Deerfield Rd, Lebanon, OH.  

If you have any questions or need more details, please call us at 513.923.1424. The race will kick off at the Outdoor Pool Pavilion, providing a beautiful backdrop for an exciting competition. 

We can't wait to see you there for a day full of fun, fitness, and family! 

Here's what to expect during the triathlon: 

• Swim: Participants will dive into the Countryside YMCA's Olympic-size outdoor pool, navigating through a designated swimming course.
  
  
• Bike: They'll then hop on their bikes and ride along the beautiful Countryside/Lebanon Bike Trail, enjoying the scenic route.
  
  
• Run: The final leg of the triathlon involves a run across the outdoor fields and Hewitt P. Mulford Nature Trail at the YMCA, leading to the finish line amidst the natural beauty of the area.
